TONKATSU TEISHOKU

TONKATSU TEISHOKU:

Tender Loin Pork served with house special TONKATSU sauce, super thin sliced cabbage salad(w/sesame-seed dressing), rice, miso soup(TONJIRU option available), pickles of the day(for dine-in only).   If you're dining in, you can enhance the flavor with freshly ground toasted sesame seeds using the sesame grinder provided! (Please keep wooden stick dry to avoid getting stained!)

To keep the KATSU warm longer, we've intentionally left them uncut.  Please don't hesitate--just dig in and take a big bite!

 

OROSHI KATSU TEISHOKU:

Features a topping of freshly grated daikon radish placed on KATSU.  You can pour the citrus-infused ponzu sauce over the grated daikon, or mix the daikon into the ponzu and dip the KATSU --please enjoy them however you like.

KATSU DON:

Tenderloin Pork Katsu over rice and fluffy eggs. Served with house special Dashi sauce. Our Katsudon is KATSUDON 2.0! We season and cook three eggs, creating a fluffy, hearty bed of eggs, then generously top it with a crispy cutlet and our special donburi sauce for an amazing experience! 

 

SAUCE KATSUDON:

On top of rice, placed a thin layer of finely shredded cabbage and two pieces of pork tenderloin KATSU.  The sauce has a Western-style flavor with a touch of Worcestershire sauce.

 

MISO KATSUDON:

A thin layer of finely shredded cabbage is also placed over rice, topped with two pieces of pork tenderloin KATSU.  The sauce is made by blending Hatcho miso with dashi and a variety of other seasonings.  Please enjoy the added aroma and texture of the toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

Hatcho miso is a type of soybean miso that has been produced since the Edo period in Hatcho Town (formerly Hatcho Village) in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture.  Made only from soybeans and salt, it is a traditional seasoning aged for over two years--through two summers and two winters-- in wooden barrels.

KATSU CURRY

House made CURRY with 2 pcs of Tenderloin Katsu over rice and ultra-thin shredded cabbage. Served with FUKUJINZUKE pickles! This will fill you up!! 

Katsu Curry is a delicious fusion dish that combines two beloved Japanese classics: tonkatsu and curry. The crispy, tender pork cutlet is served on a bed of steaming hot rice, topped with a rich, flavorful Japanese curry. The mildly spicy, savory curry sauce complements the crispy katsu perfectly, creating a satisfying combination of textures and flavors.
